Founded in 1625 in Kanazawa, Fukumitsuya is one of the oldest and most historic breweries in Japan. Since 2001, it has committed to producing exclusively Junmai sakes, expressing the absolute purity of rice and the "Hundred-Year Water" from Mount Hakusan.

The brewery’s expertise is built on long, low-temperature fermentation, proprietary house yeasts, and advanced research into the art of koji. Fukumitsuya crafts elegant and precise sakes that reflect four centuries of harmony and tradition.
