Nose : Fresh, crisp. The aromatic profile is very subtle, initially revealing delicious notes of quince jelly, lemon zest, vanilla, and noble spices (cardamom). Mineral (chalky), it evolves toward increasingly medicinal notes (mustard seed).
Palate : Vibrant and full-bodied. With notes of pepper, paprika, and a tangy hint of lemon, the flavor profile displays plenty of character. As it becomes smoother, it invites us to savor a delicious hot chocolate and indulge in succulent caramelized apples.
Overall : Full-bodied and lively. Driven by notes of malted grains, the finish is refreshed by the sweet yet tart juice of an apple. Light and floral (rose), it gradually gives way to refined tobacco notes (cigar).
