Born in the heart of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, it embodies the perfect balance between freshness and aromatic complexity. An authentic Marseille pastis, PASTAGA is the result of a meticulous blend of distillates from around forty plants and spices, infused with verbena, licorice essence, anethole, water, and sugar (50g/L). Its uniqueness lies in the verbena infusion, which provides freshness and length, and in the restrained use of licorice to maintain aromatic harmony.

Nose : Fresh and expressive. Bright lemon, fresh mint, and anise lead the way, supported by floral and spicy undertones. With aeration, a touch of pepper and musk appears, while delicate lemony bergamot lifts the freshness.

Palate : Generous and well-balanced. Woody and resinous pine notes blend with anise and gentle spices. Verbena and liquorice bring structure and length, while citrusy bergamot adds brightness.

Overall : Long and aromatic. Flavours of fennel and star anise mingle with wormwood, leaving a lasting freshness enhanced by a subtle hint of camphor and fine wood.
