Our Terroir Gin - Pinot Noir is gourmet, organic, smooth and aromatic. It offers notes of red fruits, fig and nutmeg in agreement with the roundness of the pinot noir. It is characteristic of our approach to winemaking and champagne: It was obtained by maceration of selected grapes directly in the parcels and in the press.
It is set at 45 degrees, the point of balance between the strength of the alcohol and the aromatic palette.
