LA CONSPIRATION ALCOOL DE MALTS

Our Malts spirit is La Conspiration’s first reference, its starting point, a form of declaration.
It is the product of fine distillation of an original blend of organic, peated and smoked barley, as close as possible to the grain. It characterises our winemaking approach, La Conspiration's signature.

After manual crushing and mechanical brewing, the fermentation is short. It is followed by slow toasting over open fire in 500 liters still, to preserve the aromatic beauty of the barley.
The tenfold flavors of the cereal, a peaty mix, and some nice smoky notes give the resulting spirit a pleasant roundness without even having to age in cask.

It is produced in a limited edition: 1000 bottles, hand-numbered.
