First infused in pure organic alcohol, the botanicals are delicately steam-distilled in a copper still equipped with an innovative spiral column. This unique artisanal process allows for highly precise aromatic extraction. On the nose, “Salvaticu” reveals notes of lemon zest and citron that gradually open into smoother fig aromas. On the palate, hints of coconut balance a subtle spicy touch. The singular hue of this gin—naturally tinged with green reflections—slowly evolves in light toward straw-colored nuances.
