CÉRÈS Pura Vida Liqueur de Café

This limited-edition coffee liqueur marks a new escape for Distillerie Cérès beyond its Auvergne botanical roots. For this second exploration centered around coffee, the house partnered with Clinton Hill, a Clermont-based roaster awarded a bronze medal at the 2024 Best Espresso of France competition. Together, they selected a specialty coffee with a bold character: Pura Vida, an arabica grown in Costa Rica by Olman Ureña Salazar on the Finca Toñita farm, in the Los Santos region. Crafted through carefully chosen processes designed to reveal its full aromatic depth, this exceptional coffee gives rise to a complex and indulgent liqueur, where floral and fruity notes intertwine with rich espresso undertones.
