Committed to an eco-responsible approach, the Bologne distillery has put environmental issues at the heart of its production tool. For more than ten years, all the waste from the production process is recycled to produce energy. They use spring water coming straight from the Soufrière for the reduction of rums.
With a sustainable and environmentally friendly culture, this rum was developed from sugar cane from plots conducted in organic farming.

Nose : Fine vegetal notes, smoky, liquorice stick, hints of fresh cane, lemon and iodine notes, mirabelle plums and tropical fruits (maracuja)
Appearance : Limpidité cristalline
Palate : The palate reveals notes of liquorice and fresh cane. We find floral notes, lavender, almond paste (orgeat, frangipane), gingerbread and tarte Tatin.
