Nose : gourmand, profound. Delicious oranges and divinely sweet pineapples surface on the aromatic palette. The stage is thus set: it will be oxidative (mustard seed), exotic, floral (bougainvillea) and spiritual (incense). With each new breath, we discover a new note: bananas, Russian leather or roses...

Palate : lively, powerful. With firmness, it transcends the nose. Sugar cane becomes its very essence. In its breadth, we sense vanilla and licorice. In its depth, we find exotic fruits, Bourbon vanilla, but also spices (star anise, white pepper) and new flowers (gladiolus, gardenia).

Overall : long, caressing. A trade wind refreshes the palate. Sugar cane surrenders to a sea of citrus (lemon, orange) and exotic fruit (mango, persimmon). Then, noble spices (saffron, cinnamon) herald a temperamental retro-olfaction (Espelette pepper). The empty glass is an ode to vanilla, herbs and spices.
