Color : Robe jaune d’or, reflets or soutenus. Une très bonne limpidité.

Nose : A very marked nose of grain and flour, punctuated by a pleasant woody note. Accents of malt, biscuit (bread, waffle). Fresh floral notes with hints of field honey (chamomile, daisy heart). Vegetal tones of lime, boxwood, followed by complex notes of quince jelly and banana compote. Hints of dried fruit, and fresh fruity expressions (watermelon, green plum). Slightly gingerbread nose, candied ginger, cinnamon, saffron.

Palate : Round, lively and frank attack. Melted and very delicate woody note developing slightly iodized and spicy accents. Then, greedy flavours develop, ending on notes of dried fruits persisting with a very good length.

Overall : A beautiful balance, quite rich and complex aromatically. Good structure on the palate.
