Nose : Fresh and delicious. Notes of ripe, fleshy white fruits (peach, nectarine, apricot), complemented by woody, spicy notes (gingerbread, bourbon vanilla, toasted) and fine acidity.
Palate : Gentle attack with aromas that develop juicy notes of white-fleshed fruit and apricot. More spicy (pepper) and woody notes follow, underpinning the whole.
Overall : Excellent aromatic persistence, maintaining a set of fresh, juicy and slightly spicy aromas.

In 1948, Abel Labat ventured into Armagnac production in the Landes region. Seventy years later, his great-grandson Simon chose to revive his family legacy by creating Alabat. His ambition?
