ALABAT

ALABAT is Simon Vignau’s dream: to write a new chapter in the history of Armagnac, while continuing to highlight a terroir, a family legacy, and the work of several estates. Through its various single casks, ALABAT now offers an innovative, bold, and radiant image. The 2001 edition features an Armagnac of exceptional persistence and freshness, coming from the Poutëou estate. Aging in French oak from Gascogne gives it candied and woody notes, as well as pastry and exotic aromas.
