YUZA First Edition 2022

Founded in 2018, the Yuza Distillery has a “quality first” policy inherited from sake making. The spirit and passion are the same when producing whisky. They follow the concept they call “TLAS” (Tiny, Lovely, Authentic and Supreme). The distillery located at Yamagata in front of the sea of Japan is very small, looking Tiny and Pretty and they aim for Authentic and Supreme whisky. Making whisky requires good quality cold water, clear air and moderate moisture. Yuza is blessed with Mt. Chokai’s stream and fresh, clean air. Yuza Distillery releases his ‘‘First Edition 2022’’ Single Malt Japanese Whisky, at natural cask strength. An authentic and supreme whisky, with a sweet aroma like vanilla and honey, flowing smoothly into the mouth, leaving a fruity and malt flavor.
