Artisanal Pastis crafted from wine alcohol and ingredients sourced from Languedoc Roussillon. Production involves the maceration of a dozen plants and spices in locally produced organic wine alcohol. Carefully selected organic ingredients: Anise, licorice, star anise, verbena, wild fennel, cardamom, mugwort, anethole, and sugar. Diluted with spring water. Tasting notes: Beautiful golden hue with green reflections, solely attributed to the presence of plants, particularly mugwort and wild fennel. Vermeil Pastis is a tasting experience, blending complexity, finesse, and elegance.
Tasting tips: Enjoy it neat as a digestif or aperitif, complemented with water. We recommend a ratio of 6 to 8 parts water to fully appreciate its aromatic richness.
