Sourced from the Fins Bois terroir, this characterful cognac comes exclusively from cask No. 206 and was bottled in 2026 as a limited edition of just 480 bottles. Bottled at 51.5% ABV, it fully expresses the intensity and authenticity of a single-cask maturation. The nose opens with a beautiful freshness of exotic fruits, gradually evolving towards spicy notes of cinnamon and liquorice, complemented by a delicate hint of pepper. The palate is lively and well-balanced, with a citrus-driven attack supported by subtle aniseed nuances. The elegant, lingering finish reveals refined oak, with accents of cigar box and dry tobacco. Presented in its purest expression, this cognac is non-chill-filtered, with no added sugar, and retains its natural colour, preserving the full richness and authenticity of its aromatic profile.
