Nose : Enchanting nose with notes of candied fruits, cooked quince jam, spring honey, and calisson d'Aix. The whisky opens up with aromas of dried grapes and pastry cream, with a hint of vanilla also present.
Palate : Gourmet, smooth, yet slightly spicy, reflecting its 57% alcohol content. The mid-palate is generous and ample while maintaining a lot of dynamism.
Overall : The finish is relatively powerful yet very long, with woody and spicier aromas making their appearance.
