This exceptional whisky is the result of a blend of six Pineau des Charentes casks, two Muscat de Rivesaltes casks, and one new oak cask. It has been aged in both dry and humid cellars, allowing for a complex interaction of flavours.

Nose : Slightly rancio, with notes of rancid butter, dried fruit, and marzipan. It then opens up to aromas of smoked bacon and leather, concluding with hints of burnt sugar and a subtle menthol character.
Palate : The attack is straightforward; the whisky is round, rich, and full-bodied, with a well-defined structure. The mid-palate is opulent but not lacking in liveliness.
Overall : The finish is relatively rich, with an oily character brought by the peat. Minty aromas (eucalyptus) come in to conclude this tasting experience.
