PROFILE : This single malt reveals a rich and deep profile, featuring fruity, medicinal, spicy, honeyed and tropical fruit notes. It is crafted from Laureate, Fireworks and Sassy barley and matured in a bourbon cask before being bottled at cask strength.

Nose : Rich, deep. Slightly medicinal (mustard plaster), abundantly fruity (Williams pear, Golden Delicious apple) and spicy (star anise, clove), the aromatic palette is resplendent with voluptuousness and luminosity. With aeration, aromas of lemon, honey (acacia), licorice, malt, vanilla, and exotic fruits (banana) bring it even more complexity and depth.
Palate : Ample, lively. Initially fruity (pear, lemon), the flavor palette gradually takes on medicinal (Tiger Balm, arnica), empyreumatic (Papier d'Arménie incense), and herbal infusion (verbena, chamomile) accents, offering therapeutic qualities full of invigorating freshness. Mouthwatering, the late palate invites us to savor licorice sticks.
Overall : Long, elegant. Indulgent (flan, Calisson d’Aix), spicy (cardamom, nutmeg), and floral (elderflower, jasmine), the finish forms a standalone tasting entity of its own, whose expressive fervor commands respect. Refreshed by fragrances of white mint, chamomile, coconut milk, and zucchini blossom, the retro-olfaction is equally exhilarating.
