The light, sweet note of vanilla from the Irish grain whiskies was subtly blended with the rich, deep spice of the triple-distilled malts. The whole is harmonized by a touch of peat smoke and a long, lingering finish.

Nose : Rich and Complex. Combining and early hint of peat and the sweet sherry cask characteristics.
Palate : Smooth and well balanced. Notes of vanilla, peppery spice and rich vine fruits such as raisins, dates and sultanas.
Overall : While the sherry notes taper off, the peat lingers. The boldness of the malt shows its depth of character.
