"This 5-year-old pot still whiskey is a style unique to Ireland. Once one of the most popular whiskeys in the world, it is defined by the use of both malted and unmalted barley. This whiskey is triple distilled in a copper pot still. The inclusion of unmalted barley gives the whiskey its signature richer texture. It was distilled from a mash bill made of 50/50 malted and unmalted barley, then aged for at least five years in bourbon casks selected for their smooth and rounded profile.
Nose : Creamy with a distinctive nuttiness, followed by a warming spice.
Palate : Rich oak, toasted vanilla and honey with a touch of candied ginger.

Titanic Distillers was born from the desire to create premium spirits as a tribute to those who worked at Belfast’s shipyard over a century ago. Founders Peter Lavery, Stephen Symington, and Richard Irwin were driven by a desire to celebrate the great ships built in said shipyard. Their new distillery and visitor center allow guests to explore
the site where the Titanic last rested before her maiden voyage. By establishing the first whiskey distillery in operation in Belfast for nearly 90 years, the founders of Titanic Distillers also shed light on the significance of whiskey in their city’s history.
