Produced by the renowned González Byass house in the heart of Jerez, Tío Pepe is the global benchmark for Fino sherry. Made entirely from the Palomino Fino grape variety, it is aged organically under a layer of yeast (flor) for around four years using the traditional Solera system. Its bright straw-yellow colour reveals a dry, maritime profile, characterised by great freshness and remarkable precision.
