FRENCH WHISKY : This blended whisky is crafted by Third Eye, a project led by the La Débauche brewery in France.
PROFILE : This whisky reveals a fresh and dynamic profile, featuring cereal, vanilla, fruity, ashy and lightly peated notes. Selected exclusively by La Maison du Whisky for the Les Anthologistes Collection, this cask strength bottling comes from a blend of 90% triticale distillate matured in peated whisky casks and 10% heavily roasted malted barley distillate (113 EBC) matured in American oak casks.
