DoubleCask has gained a golden auburn colour and aromas of beeswax and fresh cereal, toasted oak and soft spices with a delicious, long fruity finish. An elegant single malt with depth and characters that make this whisky a truly enjoyable experience.
Nose : Rich grain, fresh cereals, oak and cedar, potpourri and roses, cherry, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf followed by fresh tobacco.
Palate : Spicy front with rich, malted barley and fresh cereals, dominated by sherry flor and cherry.
Overall : Long, drawn out woody but soft finish with rich, red fruit and spices.
