The Busker Single Pot Still Small Batch 2 is produced by the Royal Oak distillery. It showcases all the expertise of this Irish distillery. A true tribute to the Single Pot Still style, this cuvée is aged in bourbon and sherry casks. The result is a whisky with a bold, full-bodied structure, powerful yet well-balanced. Its rich, complex nose reveals notes of blond tobacco, leather and dried fruit sprinkled with spices. On the palate, the attack is supple. It opens with flavours of figs and dates, evolving into spicier notes with cinnamon in the foreground. Exquisite tones of caramelized balsamic give it further delicacy and length.
