Produced in Switzerland from ancient recipes collected in several languages, Tempus Fugit Crème de Menthe glaciale is unique because its taste and aroma are entirely the result of distilling different plants. Only cane sugar is added to bring sweetness and body to the palate. This process allows us to remain faithful to the best historical recipes and produce a superior quality liqueur. On the nose, the mint notes are intense and rich, enhanced by the complexity of the other plants. The palate is silky, complex and well-defined. A real difference from industrial creams!

Nose : explosif, typé. La menthe blanche part à l’assaut du nez, qu’elle conquiert instantanément. Il évolue sur des notes laiteuses (amande) et pralinées. Au fur et à mesure, elle évoque clairement un bonbon à la menthe poivrée. Elle se prolonge sur des notes de chlorophylle.

Overall : longue, soyeuse. Les feuilles de menthe sont au coeur de son entame. Légèrement médicinale, elle révèle des notes de menthol, de camphre et de moutarde. La rétro olfaction est chocolatée et à son tour mentholée. Le verre vide n’a pas bougé d’un iota par rapport au nez.
