These whiskies undergo maturation in casks previously used for aging an earlier batch of Sullivans Cove single malt. Nose : Citrus peel, ripe red apple, quince and cherry bring both brightness and depth. Notes of apple purée and banana custard unfold, while beneath them warm waffles and tiramisu create an elegant balance of sweetness and earthiness.

Palate : Oak meets waxy, tropical fruit. Pineapple, kiwi, mandarin, and syrupy stone fruits on a thick, grippy palate. Mid-palate reveals pink bubble gum, toffee apple and tangerine over herbal notes of bay leaf, clove and black tea.

Overall : Peach, candied orange and mandarin blends with wet leaves, soft confection, heavy oak and floral honey for a long, lingering finish.
