Founded by Paul-Emile Rémy Martin II in 1886, over 135 years of history in the Loire Valley. 100% French from grape to bottle: distilled, blended, aged and bottled in France. Rich in the diversity of French terroirs, Cécile Roudaut, the Master Blender, selects eaux-de-vie from the most renowned French vineyards (Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Beaujolais, Rhône, Loire, Languedoc). St-Rémy Signature is our new creation, the new face for brandy, launched in 2020. It is the result of a unique process of double maturation in fine-grained virgin oak barrels and aged barrels with coarse grains toasted over a live fire.
