Spritz des Dunes is a French bitter distilled with Immortelle flowers we cultivate in the northern part of Oléron Island. These flowers, which grow on the dunes, are what inspire us and lend their distinctiveness to our products.
Spritz des Dunes transforms the Spritz into a concentration of summer memories, of warm sand, harking back to an era of carefree leisure. Created for the Spritz, it is also the perfect companion for your cocktails, inviting you to the most aromatic of Negronis when paired with Gin Melifera.

Nose : On the nose, there is great complexity and aromatic richness. The Immortelle, very prominent from the outset, is quickly complemented by citrus extracts (orange and bitter orange) and red fruits (blackcurrant and elderberry), which provide a pronounced fruity freshness.
Palate : Next comes a combination of numerous spices, with a warm and oriental character, adding volume and balance. Finally, a subtle blend of herbs imparts a refreshing herbal bitterness that extends the finish on the palate.

everlasting flowers take center stage in their unique recipe. Grown organically on Oléron Island and harvested in the height of summer, these blooms give Spritz des Dunes its irresistible fragrance, reminiscent of nostalgic afternoons on the beach and the warmth of the sand.
