PROFILE : This grand arôme rum reveals a rich and intense profile, featuring notes of macerated fruit, varnish, mineral, tropical fruit, floral and chocolate. Crafted from red sugarcane from the Bois-Rouge and Saint-André sectors, this cask strength bottling is a blend of a 5-year-old Savanna Grand Arôme and an 8-year-old High Ester Rum Réunion (HERR), matured in a port cask.
