Saint James Cœur de chauffe is the fruit of Martinique's heritage. This rum, from the very heart of the still distillation process, has stunning flavours dominated by floral and fresh cane notes, emphasised by a slight hint of juniper. Although it does not qualify for the AOC Martinique label, it does for the French West Indies GI (Geographical Indicator, an equivalent of the AOC designation)._x000D_
