SAINT GERVAIS Le Gin du Mont Blanc

Its creator James Abbott set up in Saint-Gervais in Haute-Savoie 5 years ago, creating the highest distillery in Western Europe at an altitude of 1365m. This minimalist hut, built from recycled materials, operates in an entirely sustainable way, thanks in particular to
solar energy.
Gin du Mont Blanc has an alcohol content of 43.6°.
It's a small celebration of the friendship between James and Tom, who were 43 and 63 when the gin was created.
Mont Blanc Gin is made from a combination of the eight botanicals and spices listed below. Three are picked locally by hand. Five are organically grown. All are less than five hours' drive from Saint-Gervais.
This is an excellent gin with the flavour of the French Alps - a real breath of fresh air.
This gin is best drunk neat. James recommends drinking it with an ice cube and a small piece of orange peel. You can also enjoy it with a twist of lemon or a few blueberries.
