This raspberry is believed to originate from Mount Ida in Turkey. When fully ripe, the fruit turns red, juicy, intensely fragrant, and bursting with flavor. Our wild raspberries are hand-picked at full ripeness in the forests of the Carpathians, exclusively for our distillery. Only fresh berries are used — once frozen, heated, or crushed, these delicate fruits lose their aromatic potential and are no longer suitable for crafting an exceptional brandy. The mash, obtained from fully natural fermentation with no additives, is double-distilled with the utmost care using traditional Tyrolean methods. The resulting heart of the distillate is then aged for at least five years to reach its full maturity. It takes up to 60 kg of raspberries to produce just one liter of this rare eau-de-vie. Like all our spirits, it is 100% pure fruit and 100% natural — with no added alcohol or sugar. We are especially proud of the result: wild raspberries, elevated to their finest expression.
