RHUM RHUM 12 years 2012 Extra Vieux Hommage Grégoire

Rhum Rhum marks its long-awaited return with Hommage à Grégoire, an extraordinary release that pays tribute to Grégoire Hayot of Karukera, who played a vital role in hosting these casks in his ageing warehouse in Guadeloupe. Distilled in 2012, this rum strictly adheres to the rigorous Rhum Rhum philosophy: it is the result of an extremely long fermentation and a precise batch distillation using a water bath in small copper stills. Its aromatic profile is made unique by 12 years of 100% tropical ageing in Guadeloupe, spent in casks that previously held fine French white wines. A complex, rich and extremely refined signature rum.
