Refined, this gin can be enjoyed neat on ice, with a premium tonic or in a cocktail. Perfect with a "Diane" cocktail.
Nose : A frank, fruity, round and spicy attack. This is followed by notes of fresh juniper berries, slightly resinous, orange blossom, bergamot and a touch of angelica root.
Appearance : Une couleur cristalline, parfois un léger voile à basse température.
Palate : The attack is silky, warm and rich. This is followed by a generous bouquet of candied oranges combining citrus zest and warm spices that remain on the palate, with a hint of cinnamon in the background.
