A blend of Fins Bois eaux-de-vie, Rémi Landier VSOP Double Matured was aged for 4 years in new French oak and then in red oak. Round and floral, it is marked by notes of pressed grapes and sweet spices. To be enjoyed neat, as a long drink or in cocktails.

Nose : Powerful, the first scents perceived are sweet spices like vanilla and nutmeg; ripe white grapes; almonds and lemongrass. This is followed by delicate notes of apricot, dried guava and blossoming flowers.

Palate : A harmonious blend of honey and fruit, the palate reveals spices such as curry and ginger. Then barley sugar, peach, walnut, boxwood and laurel.

Overall : Long and fresh, slightly mentholated, fruity (mango) and spicy (clove, vanilla).
