Invented by Georges Guy in 1921 with the help of his father Armand, Pontarlier-Anis is based on the family recipe for Pontarlier absinthe, but this time without the wormwood plant. The distillation of green anise in century-old stills gives Pontarlier-Anis à l'Ancienne a real delicacy. With its drier taste, Pontarlier-Anis à l'Ancienne is a refreshing drink.
