PROFILE : This rum reveals a full-bodied and rich profile, featuring vanilla, tropical, mineral, camphor and herbaceous notes. Produced from a four-week fermentation and a double distillation in the historic Old Gregg and John Dore pot stills, this cask strength bottling was matured in a tropical climate in bourbon casks then in cognac casks in France.
