PROFILE : This rum reveals a rich and silky profile, featuring tropical fruit, honeyed, creamy and liqueur notes. Resulting from a two-week fermentation and a double distillation in John Dore and Old Gregg pot stills, this cask strength bottling was matured for one year in a bourbon cask under a tropical climate, then three years in a cognac cask in France.
