Nose : Elegant notes of citrus and candied fruit, delicate vinosity, oxidative aromas characteristic of old cognacs, a strong woody note.
Palate : Beautiful aromatic concentration. The fruity attack (quince jelly, bergamot, sultana grapes) quickly becomes more complex with spicy notes (cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, blond tobacco) and delicately woody.
