PROFILE : Penderyn Madeira reveals a fresh and fruity profile, featuring notes of pear, vanilla and sweet spices. Distilled in the Faraday copper still, custom-made for the Penderyn distillery, it is aged in bourbon casks before finishing in Madeira wine casks.
