NUSBAUMER Mirabelle d'exception

The “Eaux-de-vie d'Exception” range represents the very best of the Nusbaumer distillery's expertise. They are presented in an amber bottle that protects them from light. The hand-applied wax, in a beautiful intense color, is made by hand in their workshops. This exceptional Mirabelle eau-de-vie is powerful and full-bodied, thanks to its atypical production method: double distillation. This eau-de-vie is obtained by macerating Mirabelle plums from Lorraine or Alsace for 3 weeks in Mirabelle brandy at high proof. After distillation, this exceptional product is reduced in strength using Steige spring water, which is extremely pure because it is naturally filtered by the Vosges schist, with cold filtration to complete the process.
