Nouaison Gin, born from the know-how of the Cognac region, is deeply rooted in the world of bartending. With its spicy and intense aromatic profile, Nouaison gin is a perfect match for classics such as Negroni, Vesper or a simple Dry Martini.
While most gins are made from cereal grains, Nouaison Gin is made from grapes, which gives it a smoother taste in the mouth. This grape base is perfectly complemented by a set of 14 botanicals. These include classics such as juniper berries, cardamom, ginger and some of the more sophisticated ones such as sandalwood, bergamot, plum, Java pepper and vetivera. Nouaison Gin thus has a unique profile that combines multiple facets: vegetal, spicy and woody.
The particularity of this gin also lies in its production: Nouaison Gin is distilled and produced from French grapes, the signature of G'Vine gins. It is combined with carefully selected ingredients and is then distilled in a 25 HL Charentaise-inspired still that will harmoniously blend all the ingredients to obtain, in small batches, this unique gin.
