This sake is characterized by a fruity aroma similar to that of fresh melon, and we also appreciate the rich sweetness that accompanies it due to the 6 months of aging. Its taste can be enjoyed with dishes prepared with brown butter or cream sauces. It is recommended to drink it chilled.
