The mild climate and favourable exposure of the Charentais hillsides are ideal conditions for revealing the full potential of these grape varieties. Once vinified, the wines undergo a double distillation in small traditional copper stills, in the presence of their fine lees, in order to bring roundness and aromatic richness to the NAUD family cognacs. Housed in French oak barrels, they undergo a long ageing process under the watchful eye of the Cellar Master who decides on their final blend.
Nose : Elegant and delicately vanilla-flavoured, complemented by aromas of dried fruit and sweet spices (cinnamon, nutmeg).
Appearance : Auburn aux reflets or brillant.
Palate : Supple and fruity, evolving towards notes of orange and peach completed by a woody touch. A supple cognac with seductive aromas that will delight lovers of pure tasting or cocktails.
