Nose : rich, unctuous. Cocoa beans and rancio (cherries in brandy) precede medicinal and spicy notes (pepper, cumin). It evolves with fruit paste and candied fruit.
Palate : dense, generous. Slices of spice bread follow one another! A blend of cinnamon, cloves and cardamom... Joined for the finale by some notes of red fruit (strawberries and raspberries).
Overall : soft, mellow. Beeswax and nutmeg suggest a cigar. Lingers with toasted walnuts and moss. Flavourful, the retro-olfaction is slightly animal (bacon).
