Nose : Charming, complex. A perfectly rounded first nose that subtly combines apple, vanilla, and honey with slight notes of sage and verbena. Evolving on notes of stewed or baked apples, a captivating woodiness blends in, arriving with spicy notes, such as ginger and cinnamon.

Appearance : Or à reflets verts.

Palate : Creamy and lively, the attack perfectly replicates the nuances of the aromatic palette, while mid-palate is remarkably malty, revealing an outstanding freshness. Gradually, the palette becomes all the more exotic - pineapple, lychee, and kiwi develop as the entire palate is coated with acacia honey.

Overall : Long, alluring. With just a hint of salt, the finish manifests itself with hay and malt, while plush tannins gently tighten the taste buds.
