MILK & HONEY Apex Dead Sea

Driven by a spirit of innovation and exploration, Israeli distillery Milk and Honey presents Apex Dead Sea, the first whiskey ever aged in the lowest place on Earth—the Dead Sea (423 meters below sea level). With temperatures reaching 50°C, this whiskey is as powerful and intense as the climate in which it matured! As part of the daring Apex Dead Sea project, a set of barrels of various types and sizes was placed on the roof of a hotel on the Dead Sea coast. These barrels were exposed to extreme climatic conditions, resulting in an angel's share of nearly 40% during this period.
