PROFILE : This wheat whisky reveals a rich and harmonious profile, featuring notes of ripe fruit, chocolate and vanilla. Distilled in a Holstein column still, this single cask No. D2/76 was selected exclusively by La Maison du Whisky for the Les Anthologistes Collection. Matured for seventeen years in a cask that contained sauternes and bottled at cask strength, to date this is the oldest Alsatian whisky ever released.
