Concentrated blackcurrant, with a surprising richness. Just a few drops are enough! Blackcurrants grow all around the Merlet Distillery, on the wine-producing soil of Saintonge Boisée. Stringent production criteria with reduced yields, monitored harvests and ripeness inspections result in particularly delicious fruit.

Nose : extremely powerful, ripe blackcurrants. Develops notes of spices, mint and black tea on aeration.

Palate : its thickness reflects the extremely concentrated fruit. Blackcurrants immediately coat the palate. Perfect balance between sugar, acidity and alcohol.

Overall : almost never-ending, with aromas of old-fashioned jam.
