After a floral Gin and a spicier one, here's a fruitier version of our Gins distilled with immortelle flowers. The scent of immortelle flowers has a magical power: that of escape. For Melifera, it's the power to escape into the dreams of summer and holidays. True to our motto of "one island, one flower, one legend", we're referring here to the legend of the Count of Monte Cristo and his escape from the island of Château d'If. The scents and colours of the Mediterranean were the last things on his mind before he was locked up there, and they're the ones we wanted to capture in this edition. Because you can't lock up a memory, a colour or a fragrance.
